We’re Caillan and Alessia, and we opened Be Free in 2020.

 

After a period of illness in our family, we began thinking more carefully about the food we ate and where it came from. That experience helped shape the cafe we run today: good food, a warm welcome and a place to slow down.

 

At Perth City Farm, we’re lucky to have a garden on our doorstep. Our head chef works with the farm’s full-time gardener to plan seasonal ingredients to grow for our kitchen.
