Be Free website and services
Effective 28 August 2026. These terms apply when you use be-free.au or purchase from Be Free Cafe, operated by Be Free Organics Pty Ltd (ABN 54 637 602 049), including bookings, catering and gift cards. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Orders, bookings, catering and gift cards
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Menus, ingredients, availability and opening hours may change. Tell us about allergies before ordering; our kitchen handles gluten, nuts and other allergens and we cannot guarantee dishes are free from traces. Bookings and catering enquiries are not confirmed until Be Free accepts them. Any deposit, minimum spend, cancellation or change terms supplied before confirmation form part of the agreement. If we cannot supply a paid product or service, rights and remedies under Australian Consumer Law apply. Purchased Be Free gift cards may be used for eligible purchases at Be Free Cafe and are valid for at least three years from purchase. The expiry date and conditions will be displayed. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. We may replace a lost or stolen card only if we can verify the original purchase and remaining balance.
Website use, liability and contact
Website content is general information and may change without notice. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or infringe intellectual property. Unless stated otherwise, Be Free owns, or uses with permission, the website text, branding and images. Bookings, payments and gift cards may use third-party services including Wix, Now Book It, Stripe and Lightspeed, whose terms may also apply. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Be Free is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including rights under Australian Consumer Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
